Privacy notice
Updated 2 November 2026 · Version privacy-2026-11-02-v7. Quiet Data is operated by the Quiet Data team. Contact: Email the Quiet Data team.
Payment reports and verification
Before checkout we create a browser-linked payment reference and record the selected package, amount, time and verification status. The Quiet Data team manually matches payments in Revolut and records the transaction ID before starting removal work. After payment, you report the payer name and approximate payment time on this site, then submit your form to the private dashboard. These reports remain unverified until the Quiet Data team checks Revolut. Revolut handles payment details; this site does not collect card details. Unfinished payment references can be deleted on request. The matching record is deleted from this site when the job is completed. Payment alone will not submit a removal request or authorise broker contact.
What we collect
We collect your contact name and email, current country or region, package, countries to cover, private session identifier and request time. You also supply the name you want included in removal requests and, optionally, your addresses, email addresses to remove, phone numbers and other relevant details or named brokers. We record the versions and times of your policy acceptance and limited authority. Customers do not need a ChatGPT account. An essential, secure, HTTP-only cookie holds a random private session token for up to 30 days. Only a hash of that token is used to link your payment and request records. Keep the same browser to return; clearing cookies or changing devices removes access. The owner dashboard requires separate ChatGPT sign-in and an owner email check.
How we use your details
We use your details to review coverage, communicate with you and prepare and manage your agreed removal requests. The basis for necessary service processing is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the agreed service. Your authorisation gives us permission to represent you within its stated scope; it is not permission for unrelated marketing. We use private session and request controls for our legitimate interests in securing the service and preventing abuse.
Your authority and control
The form requires a separate, unticked authorisation checkbox. By accepting it, you confirm the supplied details are your own and authorise the Quiet Data team to use only necessary information to prepare and manage removal and direct marketing objection requests. Broker contact begins only after you agree the broker list and service scope. You will be copied into request emails. No automated broker messages are sent by this website.
You may withdraw authority by contacting the Quiet Data team using the email above and your request reference. We will stop new broker contacts once the withdrawal is received and processed. Withdrawal cannot recall information already sent or actions already completed.
Who receives your information
Request records are accessible to you and the service operator. ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and database infrastructure. Once scope is agreed, only details needed for a particular request are shared with that agreed broker. We do not send your full form to every broker by default. Any cross-border disclosure needed for international coverage is explained when the recipient list is agreed.
Deletion when the job is complete
We delete your submitted personal details and request content from our active website records when the job is completed. Our owner dashboard requires the operator to confirm that the agreed work is finished and that working email copies and downloaded working files have been cleared before deleting the entire website case record. That deletion includes contact details, removal details and the stored authorisation. The record then disappears from your request list and the owner dashboard.
Job completion means the agreed work has ended and the outcome has been communicated. It does not mean every broker has confirmed deletion. The website cannot detect completion by itself; the operator must use the completion control. Active requests remain stored while being handled. If you no longer want to proceed, contact the Quiet Data team to close your request and arrange deletion.
Limits to the deletion promise
Clearing email copies and downloaded files is a manual part of closing the job; this website cannot verify deletion from external mailboxes or devices. Information already held by brokers, customer email copies and any payment-provider records are controlled by those recipients. Limited records genuinely required by law, such as applicable accounting records, may be kept separately for the required period and purpose.
Hosting providers may keep backups or technical logs under their own retention arrangements. The completion control deletes the active website record; it does not instantly erase provider-managed backups. We cannot promise that no copy exists anywhere. If restoration is needed, completed cases must not be brought back into active use. We do not retain a duplicate customer marketing list.
Your privacy rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object where applicable. Some rights depend on the purpose and basis for processing. Contact the Quiet Data team using the email above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Only send relevant information
Do not submit passwords, bank or payment-card details, ID documents or sensitive personal history. Optional fields can be left blank. If a broker needs identity verification, we explain the appropriate route separately. This website adds no advertising or analytics tracking; hosting and sign-in may use essential session technology.
