Service terms
Updated 2 November 2026. Quiet Data is operated by the Quiet Data team. Enquiries: Email the Quiet Data team.
Payment and request access
Customers pay through the Revolut checkout for their selected package. The Quiet Data team checks the received payment against the account-linked reference, payer and amount before starting removal work. After completing checkout, customers report the payer name and payment time and can submit their removal form directly to the private dashboard. Payment reports are not proof of payment; the Quiet Data team verifies the received payment before work. A checkout visit or a customer declaration of payment does not establish paid access. Submitting a form records your limited authority to use the supplied details to prepare and manage removal requests. It does not create a paid order or send emails. Broker contact still requires an agreed broker list and service scope. No payment is taken here.
Packages
Displayed package prices are £5 for UK coverage, £10 for two countries and £15 for worldwide coverage. Each covers one person and one agreed round of requests. Before payment, we will confirm the exact broker list and available request routes. No number of brokers is promised before that review. Worldwide coverage is not a promise to contact every broker in the world.
What the service does
After your form authorisation and agreement of the broker list and scope, we contact the agreed brokers on your behalf and copy you into request emails. We request applicable deletion and marketing objections, then record the responses received. Further request rounds, continuing monitoring and legal representation are not included unless separately agreed.
Authority and handling your details
The form authorises the Quiet Data team to use only information necessary for your agreed removal and marketing objection requests, share relevant details with the agreed brokers and copy you into request emails. Confirm that the information is your own. You may withdraw this authority by contacting the Quiet Data team; this stops new contacts after withdrawal is received and processed, but cannot recall information already sent.
Closing your job
When the agreed work has ended and you have received the outcome, we clear working copies and delete your entire active website case record using the completion control. Completion is not a guarantee that every broker has erased your information. Provider-managed backups, recipient-held copies and limited records required by law are described in the privacy notice.
What cannot be guaranteed
We cannot guarantee deletion, a particular response time or an end to all spam. Brokers may need identity checks, refuse requests on applicable grounds or keep limited suppression records. Information may be collected again later. You can exercise your privacy rights directly, usually free of charge; our fee is for assistance.
Before a paid order
The agreed scope, service timing, operator contact details, applicable cancellation rights and refund terms will be supplied before you are asked to pay. Payment verification permits work to begin; work also needs your submitted details, authorisation and an agreed broker list and scope. Payment is processed by Revolut. Opening checkout or returning to this site does not by itself prove payment or request early commencement of work.
Questions and complaints
Contact the Quiet Data team using the address above with your enquiry reference. These terms do not limit any applicable statutory consumer rights.
